Lonely Girl!!

There is a lonely broken girl
A girl that contemplates leaving this world
She cries herself to sleep every night
Wishing the darkness would end and she'd find the light
She's screaming but no one seems to hear her cries there's no more truth . She's surrounded by lies
She feels dirty and ashamed with the life she leads
But there's no other choice . It's him she needs
She's lost her self esteem and swallowed her pride
And watched the last of her dignity die
She wants real love but craves his touch
She's tried to leave but he tightens his clutch
So she stays and lets him eat away at her soul
She tries to hold on but she's lost all control
He's cheated and lied and laughed as she cried
She's broken and bruised and bleeding inside
She prays to god for the strength to walk away
But hears no response and endures another day
This vicious cycle continues to spin
There's no hope for her no way that she'll win
But today she decided things will be different you see today she's decided to end all the pain and misery
She picked up a knife planning to rid herself of the strife
For today she's decided to end her life
She knows her family and friends wont understand why
She knows they will miss her and shed tears from their eyes
But they cant understand this pain thats so vast
Cant understand the weight she carries upon her chest
This demon has dug his claws deep and continues to roam
In the empty abyss of her soul that he's made his home but no longer will she feel this pain
No longer will she allow his malicious reign
She begins to drag the blade upward from her fist
And smiles as she watches the liquid drain from her wrist
She begins to feel faint and lays down on the floor and sighs in relief knowing soon she wont hurt Anymore
As the shadow begins to black out her eyes
She has no remorse which comes as no surprise
With a laugh she says to herself he will never have me again
Then takes one last breath and lets her nightmare come to an end
